Job summary

Sofidel Group in Inola, OK, is seeking a dedicated Converting Assistant Rewinder Operator to assist the Machine Operator in maintaining efficient operation of our rewinder and downstream equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines.

You will learn machine operation, monitor quality, and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and supervision teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic mathematical skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read safety instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Learn machine operation skills under the guidance of the Machine Operator.
• Follow GMP and HACCP guidelines to maintain a safe, hygienic workplace.
• Apply customer specifications to machine operation to meet product requirements.
• Set up and operate the rewinder and downstream equipment to meet production goals.
• Monitor quality and assist with product change-overs and reports.
