Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking an Affinity Programs Student Assistant to support Sun Devil Rewards. You’ll help manage rewards inventory, content, and communications while collaborating with the Alumni Engagement team.

This role offers hands-on experience, a hybrid schedule, and exposure to enterprise marketing tools. As a current student in a related field, you’ll gain practical skills in CRM systems, event support, and promotional design, contributing to program success and campus

Qualifications

• A current student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Catalog management: processing, coordination, distribution, and redemption of rewards.
• Fulfills experiential rewards via logistical planning with the unit offering the experience.
• Create reward descriptions using ASU Brand Standards and Canva images.
• Assist with creating promotional materials using Canva.
• Facilitate quarterly decks summarizing program highlights and campaign results.
• Answer customer service inquiries via Salesforce and social channels.
• Monitor FAQs and develop boilerplate responses for efficient support.
• Perform daily QA checks and report bugs via Jira.
• Schedule in-app content and push notifications.
• Assist with promotional activities at university events.

Education

Currently pursuing degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related field
