ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a meticulous Student Project Coordinator to support the Marketing Solutions team. You will help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of department projects, reporting to the Assistant Project Manager.

The role involves Wrike-based timeline input, document organization, and cross-team collaboration. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two days remote per week, practical hands-on experience, and opportunities for professional development and

Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains project timelines in Wrike as directed
• Creates and maintains job folders on server/OneDrive
• Assists in routing and approval of materials
• Attends and takes notes at project start meetings
• Updates job status in Wrike and ensures final files are uploaded
• Assists in invoicing for internal colleagues and follows up
• Develops and documents processes
• Manages closeout of all projects
• Tracks projects through reporting
• Delivers print projects to designated colleagues
• Other duties as assigned
