ASU Enterprise Partners seeks a Student Assistant – Alumni Outreach to support alumni engagement initiatives within the ASU Outreach Hub. You will draft presentations, maintain dashboards, and help manage the alumni story database while collaborating with marketing, creative, and project management teams.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week and hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current ASU student pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and work in a data driven team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create initial drafts of presentations and briefs for stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting decks and project documents.
• Assist with alumni story database and ASU Alumni site representations.
• Lead select projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in outreach.
• Analyze data from internal and external partners using CRM/PM tools.
