ASU Enterprise Partners seeks a Student Assistant to support Sun Devil Rewards within the Alumni Engagement team. You will handle catalog management, inventory inspection, and weekly reporting, while creating reward descriptions and promotional materials using Canva.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with Mondays and Fridays remote, opportunities for professional development, and exposure to enterprise partner operations at ASU.

Responsabilidades

• Manage catalog of rewards, inventory checks, and weekly reports.
• Plan logistics for experiential rewards and promotional materials.
• Create reward descriptions and images following brand standards.
• Assist with Canva-based promotional materials and content scheduling.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Salesforce Service Cloud and social channels.
• Address FAQs with boilerplate language and maintain quality assurance checks.
• Document processes and update internal docs as needed.
• Support on-campus events and special projects.

Affinity Programs Student AssistantThis position will perform varied tasks in support of the success of Sun Devil Rewards, a program within the Alumni Engagement team with ASU Enterprise Partners (ASUEP). Sun Devil Rewards is Arizona State University’s mobile engagement and loyalty app for students, alumni, and other audiences.This position will report to the Senior Coordinator of Sun Devil Rewards and will work 15-25 hours per week during the fall and spring semester with extended hours during the summer, spring, and winter breaks.What You'll Do:Responsible for catalog management; including but not limited to the processing, coordination, distribution, and redemption of rewards, on-site inspection of inventory, and preparing and maintaining weekly excel files and reports for internal processing and accurate tracking per established protocolsFulfills experiential rewards via logistical planning with unit offering the experienceCreates reward descriptions using ASU Brand Standards and reward images using CanvaAssists with creating promotional materials using CanvaFacilitate quarterly decks summarizing program highlights, reward highlights and other campaign resultsAnswers customer service inquiries and feedback pertaining to the program, fulfillment, and technical issues using Salesforce Service Cloud and Sun Devil Rewards social media channelsMonitors customer outreach identifying frequently asked questions (FAQs); develops boilerplate language to address FAQs efficientlyPerforms daily quality assurance checks; immediately reports malfunction or bugs via JiraSchedules in-app content via content management system and push notificationsAssists with promotional activities at various university eventsDocuments processes and updates documentation as neededParticipates in on-campus events and special projects as neededOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:Willingness to learn and ability to work well with othersComfort with digital environments and digital experiencesCollaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environmentAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries and University business and confidential prospect informationStrong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phoneAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexibleTeam-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituenciesAbility to represent the institution wellAn advocate’s belief in the vision of ASU as the New American UniversityHigh attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned dutiesHighly organized and able to handle multiple projectsAdept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plansRelevant Qualifications:A current student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related fieldPrior customer service experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Content management systems experiencePreferred Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Sun Devil Rewards, Salesforce Service Cloud, FedEx Shipping/Returns, Google Docs, MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelBenefits:Hybrid work schedule.
