Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket is seeking a Marketing Rewards Rep under the supervision of the Rewards Shift Manager. The role focuses on driving brand loyalty by enrolling new club members, ensuring accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs, and delivering outstanding guest service to both internal and external guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service experience required.
Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Must possess high-end customer service skills and basic computer skills with the ability to learn departmental computer programs.

Responsibilities

Enroll new club members and related gaming club members and promotions.
Process and ensure accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs.
Function as a cashier for sales and coupon redemption programs.
Reconcile daily paperwork in conjunction with existing programs.
Greet guests arriving by bus and provide information on schedules, attractions, promotions, and events.
