Be Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, invites you to join MGM Resorts International as an MGM Rewards Shift Manager. You will oversee the Players Club desk and MGM Rewards operations, guiding a team to deliver a consistently WOW guest experience.

Qualified candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of guest service experience, and are ready to coach and motivate a team while resolving guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Face-to-face guest service experience.
• Leads with a positive attitude while coaching and motivating a team.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MGM Rewards operations to ensure efficient service and a consistently exceptional guest experience
• Assist MGM Rewards Representatives and guests with requests, questions, and loyalty program needs in a professional and timely manner
• Evaluate member status and issue complimentary amenities in accordance with established company guidelines
• Stay informed of property activities, events, promotions, and offerings to provide guests with accurate and helpful information
• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure timely and seamless service
• Conduct daily Team Update briefings and create an environment centered on teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
• Provide direction and coaching to maintain and continuously improve the guest experience within the Players Club
• Interview, train, supervise, coach, and develop MGM Rewards team members to support efficient department operations
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints within established scope of authority
• Communicate unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft to leadership promptly
• Maintain a professional, organized, and guest-ready Players Club environment
