Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Beau Rivage’s multi-outlet restaurant venues in Biloxi, MS. The role oversees daily operations, budgets, staffing, inventory, and guest service to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and be 21+. Responsibilities include HR leadership, team development, and ensuring a seamless collaboration between kitchen and dining room.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of prior relevant experience.
• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability.
• Assist General Manager with HR responsibilities for the Restaurant, including hiring, training, coaching, and ensuring employee satisfaction; compliance with policies and laws.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints; manage guest feedback channels and coordinate with the culinary team for seamless service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of venue food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties.
