Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a friendly MGM Rewards Representative to guide guests through enrollment, redemptions, and program updates. You will assist with receipts, comps, and special offers across MGM Rewards and property services.

You will navigate Patron Management, Opera, MCP, Veridoc and other systems while supporting hosts and VIP services in coordinating events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to engage guests and explain MGM Rewards program details.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with MGM Rewards enrollment, point redemptions, and promotions.
• Navigate multiple systems: Patron Management, myVEGAS, MCP, Opera, Veridoc, GMP.
• Support VIP Services with reservations corrections and discretionary comps.
• Coordinate promotional events and ticket distributions.
• Help guests use the MGM Rewards mobile app.
