Responsibilities

• Assist guests with MGM Rewards enrollment and point redemptions.
• Track and apply MGM Rewards points to hotel folios and offers.
• Navigate multiple systems (Patron Management, Opera, Veridoc).
• Support VIP Services with reservations and comps as needed.
• Guide guests in using the MGM Rewards mobile app and promotions.
