Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Player’s Club Representative to serve as the frontline ambassador of our loyalty program, delivering exceptional guest service, enrolling new members, and assisting with account setup and verification.

In this fast-paced role, you will promote benefits, handle inquiries about points and tier status, and drive engagement through promotions while ensuring accurate member transactions and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a guest-facing role.
• Experience in casino, hospitality, or luxury service preferred.
• Knowledge of casino loyalty programs and promotions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain loyalty program benefits and promotions.
• Enroll new members and assist with account setup and verification.
• Respond to inquiries about point balances, tier status, offers, and redemptions.
• Promote promotions and events to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity during member transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, and gaming departments.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with gaming regulations.
