Job summary

Choctaw Casinos & Resorts is seeking a Customer-focused Players Club Representative in Oklahoma. You will promote the Choctaw Rewards Club, inform players about benefits and events, and assist with guest requests. This on-site role reports to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.

You will handle data entry for Rewards Club cards and use the Player Tracker System, support Marketing projects, and issue comps per guidelines. Prior high-contact customer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in high customer contact positions.
• Ability to understand and communicate rewards program details.
• Proficient with basic data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Explain Choctaw Rewards Club programs, promotions, and events to guests.
• Enter data for Rewards Club cards and use the Player Tracker System.
• Assist Marketing with projects, promotions, and events.
• Address guest, associate, or management concerns promptly and professionally.
• Issue comps according to established guidelines.
• Stay informed about marketing activities and events.
