Job summary

Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a casino guest services associate to provide professional service to established guests, enroll them in the Rewards program, and maintain ongoing guest relations.

The role requires excellent customer service skills, English communication, computer literacy, and a positive attitude. Work involves a 24/7 casino environment with weekends/holidays and secondhand smoke exposure.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Must be computer literate and have proper telephone etiquette.
• Must read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with people on all levels.

Responsibilities

• Enroll guests in the Rewards player program and input data into the computer system.
• Promote enrollments on the casino floor by recruiting new player sign ups.
• Update player accounts with accurate information and develop ongoing guest relations.
• Be aware and involved with Casino Promotions, Drawings, and Tournaments.
• Handle guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Operate KCMS, LMS and other software assigned.
• Execute activities for Slot Tournaments and Special Events including microphone work and decoration setup.
• Other duties as assigned by management when trained.
