Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking a True Rewards Representative to support the daily True Rewards operations, enroll members, and promote promotions and benefits. You will handle guest inquiries, process cards and vouchers, and help ensure a positive gaming and guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months in guest service or casino roles, strong communication, and the ability to operate office software. This is an on-site role supporting casino promotions and member services.

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest service or casino experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to input and access information using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service aligned with our guest service culture.
• Enroll new members and explain cashback and promotions.
• Issue and reissue player cards and process vouchers.
• Review daily calendar for events and promotions.
• Address guest questions and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Greet guests professionally and use eye contact.
