Job summary

Sybill is seeking a RevOps leadership role to design strategy and systems across our GTM team, partnering closely with the founders. You will own the full funnel from outbound to inbound, including lead enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution, outbound automation, and a largely AI-forward stack.

You will own it end to end, with a technical team supporting you. You will work with sales, marketing, and product to remove friction, drive data-driven prioritization, and optimize pipeline

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Growth Ops, RevOps, or automation engineering.
• Experience with B2B sales lifecycles and GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make).
• Strong systems-thinking and end-to-end funnel awareness.
• Engineering background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue generation strategy with founders.
• Build and own lead routing, scoring, and enrichment across the funnel.
• Drive data-driven prioritization and accountability to maximize pipeline.
• Establish attribution to measure pipeline drivers and cost-efficient growth.
• Automate outbound workflows using AI agents and low-code tools.
• Maintain a clean, structured CRM understood across teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to reduce friction for reps.
