Job summary

Jeeves is a groundbreaking fintech platform and is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to connect sales activity with revenue outcomes through dashboards and reliable data. You will work with leadership to surface insights that shape growth and planning.

In this role you’ll apply AI tools to automate reporting, scale analytics, and support cross‑functional teams across multiple regions, ensuring data-driven decisions move the business forward.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and connecting it to downstream reporting.
• Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for partnerships channel and growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations when programs underperform or trends shift.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM business reviews with cohort analyses and market benchmarks.
• Contribute to capacity planning, quota setting, and forecasting processes.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and data quality across revenue systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
