Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to transform messy data into trusted insights. You’ll own recurring reports, ensure data quality across CRM and finance systems, and collaborate with product and executive teams to drive decisions.

As the data footprint grows with new products and acquisitions, you’ll take on more ownership of reporting and analytics. You will work with AI tools to prototype and validate analyses, and you’ll help stand up reporting for go-to-market,

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Background in vertical SaaS, ideally with service industry and payment solutions.
• Proven expertise in SQL and data querying from a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Proficiency with a BI or reporting tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle both clean and messy data.
• High EQ and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reports: GTM funnel, payments, churn, and onboarding.
• Support revenue reporting for partners, referrals, and embedded financing.
• Clean and automate CRM data to ensure accuracy.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps in pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into CRM.
• Automate manual processes so CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype reports with AI tools and work with RevOps Director to productionize.
• Build reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations as they come online.
• Support acquisitions and extend the data layer across the company.
• Assist data matching, migration, and reconciliation for acquisitions.
