Job summary

JobNimbus is seeking a veteran RevOps leader to own revenue planning, forecasting, compensation, GTM systems, and the customer journey across the Bowtie Model. You will drive data-driven decisions to scale revenue and ensure accuracy while automating where possible.

You will partner with the CRO, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to build a trusted operating system for pipeline, forecast and revenue data, enabling the company to grow confidently.

Responsibilities

• Build bottoms-up revenue plan with Finance and refresh territories quarterly.
• Deliver a forecast leadership and a board-ready forecast with weekly CRO reviews.
• Make HubSpot and Omni the single source of truth with defined SLAs.
• Improve pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales cycle length across SMB and Enterprise.
• Design and publish compensation plans and quotas with near-zero payout errors.
• Own renewal and retention motions, including NRR and logo retention.
• Advance multi-touch marketing attribution and participate in monthly roadmap reviews.
• Build and lead a RevOps team with clear career progression.
