Job summary

Propeller is seeking a RevOps leader to drive the GTM engine and partner with the VP and AI Platform. This role focuses on pricing, automation, and trusted cross-functional collaboration to scale revenue operations.

You will coach a team of operations managers and align stakeholders across the business. The role requires in-office presence in Denver at least three days per week and offers a comprehensive benefits package and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy with a proven, verifiable track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Revenue mechanics experience across demand gen, pipeline, ARR, churn, and forecast hygiene.
• High-level fluency in CRM ecosystems, deal routing, and quoting workflows; AI-forward operator.
• Collaborative change-maker; strong cross-functional influence and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM engine execution across New Logo Ops, Existing Customer Ops, and Marketing Ops.
• Partner with VP and Systems & AI Platform to design scalable processes and automation.
• Own pricing strategy and structure; drive pricing experiments and improvements.
• Provide revenue visibility via analytics; ensure clean data and actionable commentary.
• Build and coach an operations team of trusted partners to scale the business.
