Job summary

Skimmer is building a data-driven RevOps and Finance reporting engine to support GTM, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success. You will maintain standing reports, close data-quality gaps, and progressively own recurring reporting as the data model expands with new products, acquisitions, and leadership dashboards.

You’ll leverage SQL, Snowflake, and CRM data to prototype AI-driven insights and automate pipelines, partnering with the Director, RevOps and cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SQL and data analysis for revenue operations or BI contexts.
• Experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and transforming data workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) data structures and data-quality workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Ensure CRM data cleanliness, standardize fields, and close data-quality gaps across pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into the CRM and automate data population and reporting processes.
