Job summary

ERTC.com is seeking a hands-on CRM / Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen systems, data, and reporting that support our client portfolio. You will maintain reliable information, solve day-to-day system problems, and provide timely insights for operations teams and leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll own CRM administration (HubSpot focus), develop dashboards, clean datasets, and partner with Operations to automate workflows and AI-enabled reporting where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering a CRM instance, ideally HubSpot.
• Experience with workflows, reporting, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to build dashboards and actionable reports.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach to data integrity and problem-solving.
• Self-directed ownership and ability to manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in fintech or accounting is a plus; interest in AI-supported reporting workflows welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration, pipelines, permissions, and integrations (HubSpot focus).
• Build and maintain dashboards, targeted lists, and leadership reports.
• Clean, reconcile, and validate large datasets; identify anomalies and trends.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations; translate complex data into actionable findings.
• Support reporting across client portfolio, including AR status and credit-related support.
