ERTC.com is seeking a hands-on CRM / Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen systems, data, and reporting for our client portfolio. You will own HubSpot-driven CRM administration, dashboards, and data workflows while partnering with Operations and Technology in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, actionable insights, and scalable processes; proficiency in HubSpot (and experience with Salesforce or GHL) is valued, along with strong Excel/Sheets skills and a proactive

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in fintech or accounting is a plus; interest in learning AI-supported reporting workflows is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration and integrations, focused on HubSpot, including pipelines, permissions, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot CRM and reporting issues; investigate root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports; maintain data quality and support leadership with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and design scalable CRM processes.
• Assist with AI-enabled workflows and integrate AI-supported reporting where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technology to improve reporting consistency and speed.
• Support accounts receivable status and credit-related client reporting.
