We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedRevit drafting professionalto collaborate onresidential architectural drawing setsfor custom homes and remodels. • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documents from conceptual sketches and markups.
• Collaborate via Zoom, email, and shared folders.
• Revise plans based on client feedback and builder redlines.
• Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations, and lighting/electrical plans.
• Proficiency inRevit; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of residential construction and architectural standards.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Must be located inJacksonville, FL.
