Job description

If you have a solid background in software engineering, have worked in similar environments, and are familiar with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, we’d like to meet you.

What you can expect to be doing:

As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and scaling our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is both performant and secure. Working with modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing a platform that supports our fast-growing fintech. We emphasize cloud security best practices to keep our infrastructure robust and compliant. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality infrastructure that meets our business needs. Flexibility and close work with developers are essential to help build the world’s best wealth app.

What we’re looking for:

  • Scripting experience: Golang, Python, and Bash are our primary languages in platform, while our main applications are in PHP and Golang.
  • Infrastructure as code experience: ideally Terraform, but Pulumi and CloudFormation are also valuable.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with AWS; Azure or GCP experience is acceptable.
  • 3+ years experience with container orchestration: Kubernetes (standalone or EKS) or OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with dockerizing applications.
  • Experience deploying containers automatically across environments.
  • Experience working in multi-region, multi-account AWS environments.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing secure infrastructure in regulated environments.
  • An interest in Microservice Architecture / Mesh technologies and deployment/management strategies.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
