Lineal is seeking a Review Manager to lead managed document review engagements for law firm and corporate clients. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, defensible review workflows on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with Solution Managers, Analytics, and Client Services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end document review engagements (scoping, staffing, workflow design, execution).
• Manage and mentor review teams, including training and calibration.
• Develop review protocols and quality control processes.
• Monitor productivity, budgets, and timelines.
• Partner with Solution Managers to align review strategy with client objectives.
• Leverage analytics, TAR/CAL, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, including review team management.
• Strong knowledge of Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar platforms.
• Experience with large-scale litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
