Job summary

TruLegal (formerly TRU Staffing) seeks a Managing Attorney, Review to lead complex document review matters and drive integration of eDiscovery with review workflows. This hands-on role owns strategy, staffing, training, security, and client communication from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with deep RelativityOne expertise, strong AI fluency including aiR and analytics, and experience with Everlaw.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar license in good standing.
Experience managing complex document review projects as a Review Manager.
Hands-on RelativityOne expertise with aiR and analytics; Everlaw preferred.

Responsibilities

Run document review projects end to end: planning, setup, staffing, training, security, delivery.
Set review strategy and efficiency plan: workflow design, batching, QC, TAR/analytics and AI deployment.
Own the project budget and report variances daily.
Utilize RelativityOne AI-driven review to advance workflows, not just check a box.
Provide daily concise, accurate reports and client updates.
Train and coach teams; replace underperformers—same day.
Collaborate with the customer experience team on growth opportunities.
