Job summary

HG Insights is seeking a Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager to own our end-to-end review generation program. You will lead a team of campaign specialists and managers, drive cross-functional alignment with Leads, Content, and Research, and build a community of engaged reviewers who see ongoing value in participating.

You'll set KPIs, collaborate on content consistency with the UGC team, and work with Customer Success and Enterprise stakeholders on priority campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing, community management, or related field
• 1+ years in people management or team lead role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for review generation across product lines and customer segments
• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for executing campaigns and measuring performance
• Partner with leads, content, and research to align review generation with pipeline goals
• Build and nurture a community of reviewers and buyers with recognition and ambassador programs
• Set KPIs for volume, quality, and velocity and report to leadership
• Ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with UGC and content teams
• Prioritize campaigns with enterprise stakeholders including renewal and expansion needs
• Establish and maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve performance via segmentation and A/B testing
• Stay current on review platform trends and best practices
