Job summary

HG Insights seeks a Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager to own the strategy and end-to-end execution of its review program. You will lead a team of campaign specialists, driving submissions across product lines and customer segments, while building an engaged reviewer community.

You will collaborate with the Director of Leads, Content, and Research to align priorities with pipeline goals and measure impact using a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing or community management, incl. team leadership.
• 1-2+ years in a people management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Experience with Ortto, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Experience designing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and segments.
• Data-driven with ability to translate performance into strategy.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce Data Cloud) and HTML/CSS/Liquid.
• Cross-functional collaboration with directors and leadership.
• Proficient with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for review generation across product lines and segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team executing review campaigns and goals.
• Align priorities with pipeline, content, and research initiatives.
• Build a community of engaged reviewers with recognition and ambassador programs.
• Set KPIs for review volume, quality, and velocity; report to leadership.
• Ensure campaign content is consistent and on-brand with the UGC team.
• Prioritize campaigns with Customer Success and Enterprise stakeholders.
• Maintain CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other email compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance via segmentation and A/B testing.
• Stay current on review platform trends and share ideas with the team.
