Job summary

HG Insights is seeking a Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager to own the end-to-end program. You will lead a Campaign Specialists team, set the strategy for review submissions, and build a community of engaged reviewers who see ongoing value in participation.

You'll partner with the Director of Leads, Content, and Research to align review generation with pipeline and content goals, and guide priorities with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing or community management; 1-2+ years in a people management role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven ability to lead teams, set goals, coach, and evaluate performance

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for all review generation efforts across product lines and customer segments
• Lead, coach, and develop a campaigns team; set goals and provide regular performance feedback
• Partner with the Director of Leads, Content, and Research to align review generation priorities with pipeline, content, and research initiatives
• Build and nurture a community of engaged reviewers and buyers, including recognition, incentive, and ambassador-style programs
• Set team-wide KPIs for review volume, quality, and velocity, and report on program performance to leadership
• Work with the UGC team to ensure campaign content and messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand across all review generation touchpoints
• Partner with Customer Success and Enterprise stakeholders to prioritize campaigns based on renewal, expansion, and strategic account needs
• Establish and maintain compliance standards across the team (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulations)
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Stay current on review platform trends and bring new ideas to the team
