Established a solid referral base.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and professionals.
Maintain a regulated pipeline of applications.
Analyze and determine suitable reverse mortgage programs for clients.
Educate clients on qualified mortgage programs, benefits, and risks.
Support communication between operations staff and borrowers.
Assist Benchmark branches in training and marketing efforts.
