Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 12 funded self-generated reverse mortgages in the prior 12 months.
Established a solid referral base.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
Maintain a pipeline of reverse mortgage applications.
Analyze application data to determine suitable programs.
Communicate with consumers on reverse mortgage benefits and risks.
Work with benchmarks on training and marketing.

Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS
