Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 funded self-generated reverse mortgages in prior 12 months required.
• Has built a solid referral base.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and professionals.
• Maintain a pipeline of applications within regulations.
• Analyze reverse mortgage applications for appropriate programs.
• Gather application data and provide initial documents to applicants.
• Educate consumers on qualified programs.
• Support communication between operations staff and borrowers.
• Provide initial documents and disclosures to the loan processor.
• Assist in all aspects of the reverse mortgage program.
• Other duties as assigned.
