Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is launching a Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. The program starts with a one-month immersive virtual classroom experience where you’ll learn reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.

After the classroom, you’ll enter a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions, one-on-one coaching from seasoned sales leaders, and real-world client interactions to build a long-term career

Qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator.
• Willing to obtain or obtain NMLS license with company support.
