Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage offers a Sales Training Program for aspiring Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers. The first month is a fully virtual classroom building a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales basics, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.

Following the classroom, a 12-month development program provides weekly skill-building sessions, one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and real-world customer interactions to accelerate a successful career in retirement

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in financial services preferred.
• Interest in reverse mortgage products and retirement income planning.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS license (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Attend a 1-month virtual classroom building a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales basics, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
• Participate in a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions and coaching.
