Mutual of Omaha Mortgage invites driven individuals to join a Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. Starting with a one-month virtual classroom, you’ll gain product knowledge, sales fundamentals, and compliance basics, backed by a Fortune 300 brand.

Over 12 months you’ll have weekly coaching, real-world customer interactions, and a path to a licensed originator. We pay during training and help obtain your NMLS license.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage loan originator or strong sales background.
• Willingness to pursue NMLS licensing with employer support.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month virtual classroom covering reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance and systems.
• Engage in a 12-month development program with coaching and real-world customer interactions.
