Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is launching a Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer in the United States. You'll start with a one-month immersive virtual classroom building a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, and compliance.

After the classroom, you enter a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions, one-on-one coaching, and real-world loan opportunities designed to accelerate your success and help retirees strengthen their retirement

Qualifications

• We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply.
• If you understand the lending business and want to serve retirees seeking stronger retirement income.
• Don't have your NMLS license? We'll help you obtain and pay for it.
