Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer Finance systems, focusing on Zuora Revenue and RevPro in a production environment. You will own incident response, troubleshoot revenue-to-cash flows, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to implement enhancements.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX controls while driving process improvements. Strong SQL/Oracle skills and ERP integration experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Candidate has hands-on experience supporting Zuora Revenue/RevPro in a complex production environment.
• Experience with end-to-end revenue processes: contracts, performance obligations, invoices, memos, and close.

Responsibilities

• Own production support and escalation for Zuora Revenue, driving incidents from triage to durable resolution.
• Troubleshoot quote/order-to-revenue flow across upstream systems; Zuora Revenue, Oracle/ERP, GL, close, reporting.
• Resolve transaction and interface issues involving orders, invoices, returns, and data quality.
• Support daily RMS operations, month/quarter close, reconciliations, and time-sensitive production activities.
• Lead quarterly patch validation, environment refreshes, UAT and regression testing with cross-functional teams.
• Reduce repeat issues via monitoring, automation, and runbooks; mentor analysts and communicate risks.
• Collaborate with business users on enhancements, releases, testing and deployment to meet needs.
• Interact with Zuora Support to investigate and resolve Zuora Revenue issues.
• Assist with SOX walkthroughs and audit evidence for Zuora Revenue processes and controls.
