Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Experience Systems Engineer to manage Finance systems and applications, focusing on Zuora Revenue and RMS/RevPro within a complex production environment.

You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and tech teams to ensure accurate revenue processing and timely close. The role requires strong SQL, Oracle ERP, and SOX controls expertise, plus the ability to lead cross-functional efforts during patches, testing, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue/RevPro in a complex production environment.
• End-to-end understanding of revenue processes including contracts, performance obligations, and invoices.
• Ability to trace failures across upstream/downstream applications and investigations in SQL/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own production support and escalation for Zuora Revenue (RMS/RevPro), driving incidents to durable resolutions.
• Troubleshoot quote/order-to-revenue flow across upstream order/billing systems and ERP processes.
• Resolve transaction/interface issues including invoices, memos, and data quality problems.
• Support RMS operations, month/quarter close, reconciliations, and journal validation.
• Lead patch validation, environment refreshes, UAT, and regression testing with cross-functional teams.
