Cast & Crew is seeking a Revenue Systems Manager to own the revenue tech stack end-to-end, spanning Sales through Client Experience. You will administer CRM systems, align analytics, and enable business decisions with data and reporting.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage projects, and apply emerging AI capabilities to optimize workflows and outcomes across the revenue organization.

Qualificações

• 3-7 years in CRM administration or revenue/operations roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot configuration including workflows, pipelines, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong analytics and the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations.
• Solid project management skills and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI tools in a revenue operations context with measurable impact.
