Airwallex is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to shape and execute revenue strategy for our key enterprise opportunities across ANZ from the Sydney hub. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and Product to drive growth, pricing and go‑to‑market excellence.

You’ll build robust reporting, tooling and operating rhythms to scale the revenue engine, improve forecast accuracy and deliver executive-ready insights.

Formación

• 7+ years in strategy, revenue strategy, or commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in consulting or similar high‑level problem solving and executive communications.
• Strategic thinker who can move from analysis to hands‑on execution.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into practical, commercially grounded solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy for Airwallex’s enterprise opportunities, aligning with priority deals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to craft tailored enterprise strategies.
• Support complex commercial decisions including pricing, packaging and deal structure.
• Oversee tooling, reporting and operating rhythms for front-book growth and back-book performance.
• Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and executive-level commercial reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and design scalable solutions.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear ownership and measurement.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk and Ops.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
