Job summary

YouLend in Atlanta is seeking a Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to partner with US Operations leadership as the fastest-growing region scales (+100% YoY).

You will work on analytics-driven initiatives, improve KPI reporting, and identify AI and automation opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Credit Operations, Product and Technology to implement solutions and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, Python or similar tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions even with incomplete information.
• Interest in fintech, lending and scaling a high-growth business.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive initiative to drive initiatives to completion.
• Comfort challenging the status quo and driving change when better solutions exist.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through to designing solutions and measuring impact.
• Build and continuously improve KPI reporting and performance management for clear visibility and action.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce administrative work and boost productivity.
• Experiment with AI-enabled workflows and scale high-impact opportunities with Product and Technology.
