Job summary

HirexHire is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to help drive the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives and strengthen the operational systems that support long-term growth.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership, this person will help build and scale the Strategic Program Office, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving execution, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a strategic role within a high-growth SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to create executive-level analyses and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage portfolio of strategic initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.
• Help mature SPO with governance and portfolio processes.
• Assist with strategic planning, executive communications, and board materials.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations.
• Define success metrics and monitor KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations using AI and automation.
• Drive alignment and remove execution roadblocks.
