Job summary

RevOps Careers is seeking a Revenue Strategy Coordinator to assist the Director of Revenue Management with daily occupancy analysis, pickup trends, and market demand. You will prepare revenue performance reports and help with forecasting by gathering historical data.

You will maintain data accuracy across revenue management and reservations platforms, perform regular system audits, and help identify discrepancies that could affect revenue or bookings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory, management, or specialized departmental support role within Reservations, Group Housing, Front Office, Sales, or Revenue Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Hilton hotel systems is a plus.
