Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a data-driven analyst to build dashboards and analytics that illuminate revenue opportunities and risks. You will integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, and Databricks to inform go-to-market planning and prioritize initiatives.

The role supports the Revenue organization by delivering insights, improving reporting, and driving data-based decisions. This is a hybrid position based in Oak Brook, IL with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or analytics.
• 0–1 year in sales operations, analytics, or BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to integrate large data sets from multiple sources.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain channel sales and inventory data, reporting, and dashboards showing revenue KPIs, trends, and risks to revenue, gross margin, sell-through, and attachments.
• Analyze data requests from SAP, Salesforce.com, and Databricks to support strategy and internal customers.
• Support go-to-market planning by sizing growth opportunities and analyzing market trends and business cases.
• Advise Revenue on data-based insights from plans, goals, and revenue reporting.
• Create best practices for insight discovery and standardize metrics and dashboards across sales tools like Power BI and Salesforce.com.
