Job summary

Chamberlain Group seeks a Principal, Revenue Intelligence Platforms to lead Sales Cloud optimization and revenue intelligence initiatives. You will own requirements, vendor evaluation, and rollout across multiple business units, partnering with IT, sales, and finance to enhance dashboards and analytics.

You will leverage AI/revenue intelligence tools, improve data segmentation, and drive ROI through data-informed decisions. Hybrid work at Oak Brook, IL with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience; 4+ years experience with SFDC including reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience leading technology or AI initiative deployments including requirements definition, vendor selection, testing, and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Define, evaluate, prioritize, and implement Sales Cloud optimization strategies across Sales teams and business units.
• Serve as the business owner for Chamberlain’s AI and revenue intelligence initiatives; define requirements and manage vendor evaluation and rollout.
• Collaborate with IT, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to improve dashboards, analytics, and engagement tools.
• Define sales intelligence signals and account segmentation models to enable data-informed territory prioritization.
