Job summary

Chamberlain Group in Oak Brook, IL seeks a seasoned Sales Cloud and AI initiative leader to optimize Salesforce revenue, leads, opportunities, and pricing across business units. You will own AI and revenue intelligence initiatives, define requirements, vendor selection, and design solutions, collaborating with IT, sales, finance, and marketing to deliver measurable ROI.

Travel up to 10% to North American locations is expected; base pay ranges from $129,700 to $209,200 plus comprehensive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
10+ years related experience; 4+ years SFDC with reports, dashboards, analytics.
Experience leading technology or AI initiative deployments including requirements, vendor selection, testing, and rollout.

Responsibilities

Define, evaluate, prioritize, and implement Sales Cloud optimization strategies across Sales teams and business units to enable revenue targets.
Serve as the business owner for AI and revenue intelligence initiatives; include requirements definition, build vs. buy, vendor evaluation, solution design, and iteration.
Collaborate with IT, sales leadership, revenue operations, and marketing to improve models, processes, tools, and analytics.
Define sales intelligence signals and account segmentation models for data-informed territory prioritization.
