Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of related administrative experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
• Experience in cash-handling or revenue-processing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify daily cash, check, and credit card deposits and assist with change funds.
• Process group and individual reservation requests, maintain calendars, and ensure accurate customer accounts.
• Provide customer service by addressing payments, reservations, scheduling and account changes.
