Job summary

The North Carolina Zoo is seeking a Cash Management & Reservation Assistant to provide accurate ticketing and cash handling support at the Asheboro location. You will process advance ticket sales, reservations, and daily cash operations, delivering friendly service to guests and staff.

Success requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed, with cross-training between Reservations and Cash Management offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with cash handling, reservations, or guest services is preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Reservations/Advance Ticket Sales and Cash Management Office as needed.
• Provide excellent in-person, phone, and online customer service.
• Process park ticket sales through group sales, online sales, and other channels.
• Maintain accuracy when entering data and handling cash, with precise records.
