As a Revenue Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting national sales hiring needs in collaboration with a team of recruiters.
  2. Managing multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  3. Prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  4. Tracking metrics related to phone calls, interviews, and placements.
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work full-time in the office.
  • Driven by candidate satisfaction.
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
  • Prior recruitment or sales experience preferred.
  • Open to guidance and mentorship.
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus commission: $90,000 - $100,000.
