• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time in the office.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
